The Education Difference
We Don't Just Repair Your Credit. We Teach You to Keep It.

- ✔ Learn the credit habits that keep your score moving up
- ✔ Know your rights as a consumer under federal law
- ✔ Understand the dispute process — so you're never in the dark
- ✔ Build behaviors that protect your score long after your program ends
Where Our Clients Go
Results vary based on individual credit profile. Illustrative of typical client journey.
Not Optional. Required.
Credit Monitoring Is Part of Your Program
Repairing your credit is just the beginning. Without ongoing monitoring, new errors, identity theft, or unexpected changes can drag your score back down — often without you knowing until it's too late.
That's why TruePath includes credit monitoring as a required part of every program. You'll receive real-time alerts when anything changes on your report, giving us the ability to respond quickly and keep your progress protected.
- ✔Real-time alerts when your report changes
- ✔Identity theft detection and alerts
- ✔Ongoing visibility into your 3-bureau reports
- ✔Protect the gains you've worked to build
Included in your monthly program. Not an add-on — a requirement. Because protecting your progress is as important as making it.

The Process
How TruePath Works
A simple, transparent, 90-day journey — with education at every step and monitoring that protects your progress long after you graduate.
Free Discovery Call (Day 1)
Your journey starts with a conversation. In your free 20-minute discovery call, we ask eight key questions about your situation, your goals, and what you've already tried. We explain our entire process, answer every question, and tell you honestly what we can and cannot do for you. No pitch. No pressure. Just truth.
Book Your Call →Enrollment & Agreement (Day 2–3)
You review and sign your service agreement — a legally compliant document that includes your CROA-required rights, a full description of our services, and your 3-day right to cancel at no charge. We collect your first work fee of $129 only after you have had a chance to review everything.
Credit Report Pull & Analysis (Week 1)
We pull your full credit reports from Equifax, TransUnion, and Experian. Our team analyzes every line — identifying errors, outdated information, questionable collections, duplicate accounts, and any item that can be legally challenged under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
Your Personalized Action Plan
We deliver a customized 90-day action plan that maps out every item we'll dispute, the strategy we'll use, and what you can do on your side to accelerate results. This plan is yours to keep — part of the education we believe every client deserves.
Round 1 Disputes Filed (Week 2)
We draft and submit professional dispute letters to all three credit bureaus and any relevant creditors. Bureaus are required by law to investigate within 30 days. We track every response and keep you informed.
Results & Round 2 (Day 30–60)
We analyze the bureau responses. Items removed, updated, or verified are documented in your progress report. We file additional rounds of disputes for items still being challenged, using updated strategies based on what we learned from Round 1.
Repeat & Education (Day 60–90)
Throughout your 90-day program, you receive credit education — how to use credit wisely, what moves the needle on your score, and how to maintain what you've built. We're not just fixing your credit; we're making sure you never end up in the same place again.
Graduation & Ongoing Protection
At the end of your program, you receive a final progress report and a graduation summary. Credit monitoring continues to protect your score. Quarterly check-ins are available, and our alumni referral program rewards you for sharing TruePath with people you care about.

About TruePath Credit Solutions
We were founded on a simple principle: the credit repair industry needs more honesty, more education, and more people who actually care about the client — not just the check.
Why "True Path"?
The Name Means Something
The credit repair industry has a serious problem with trust — and for good reason. Too many companies have taken advantage of people at their most vulnerable, charging fees for promises they couldn't keep and leaving clients no better off than when they started.
TruePath was named deliberately. The "true path" means doing this the right way — with transparency, real education, legal compliance, and a genuine commitment to each client's long-term success. Not just their credit score. Their life.
We are CROA compliant. We don't promise miracles. We promise honesty, hard work, and a process that actually works.
Sarah Mitchell
Sarah founded TruePath Credit Solutions after personal experience with the deceptive practices that plague the credit repair industry. She built TruePath to be everything those companies were not — honest, educational, and genuinely invested in each client's outcome. Sarah leads credit repair operations, dispute management, and client file management.
Our Commitment to You
Full Transparency
You'll always know what we're doing, why we're doing it, and what the results were. No black boxes.
Real Education
You'll leave TruePath understanding your own credit — not just benefiting from ours.
Legal Compliance
Every action we take is within the bounds of CROA, FCRA, and applicable state law.
Client-First Always
We measure our success by your results — not by the number of clients we sign.
Based in Charlotte, NC
Local. Personal. Accessible.
We're a Charlotte, NC based business serving clients across North Carolina and beyond. When you work with TruePath, you're working with real people who live in your community and care about your success.

Legal & Compliance
Your Rights & Our Obligations
TruePath Credit Solutions operates in full compliance with all federal laws governing credit repair. We believe informed consumers are protected consumers — so we publish this information openly.
Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 1679–1679j)
The CROA is the primary federal law governing credit repair companies. It was enacted to protect consumers from deceptive and abusive practices in the credit repair industry. Key provisions include:
- Right to Dispute Yourself: You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report yourself, free of charge. No credit repair organization can perform any service on your behalf that you could not legally do yourself.
- Written Contract Required: All services must be described in a written contract before any services begin. You must receive a copy of this contract.
- 3-Day Right to Cancel: You have the right to cancel your service agreement within three business days of signing, without any penalty or obligation, and receive a full refund of any payment made.
- No Advance Fees: A credit repair organization may not charge or receive payment before the agreed-upon services are fully performed.
- No False Representations: It is illegal for a credit repair company to make false or misleading representations, including guaranteeing specific results or suggesting they can remove accurate information.
- Mandatory Disclosure: Before signing a contract, consumers must receive a written statement of their rights under CROA.
Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681)
The FCRA regulates the collection, dissemination, and use of consumer credit information. It is the legal foundation for the dispute process and the basis for most legitimate credit repair activity. Key consumer rights under FCRA:
- Right to Access Your Report: You are entitled to a free copy of your credit report from each of the three major bureaus once every 12 months at AnnualCreditReport.com.
- Right to Dispute Inaccurate Information: You may dispute any information you believe is inaccurate or incomplete. Bureaus must investigate within 30 days.
- Right to Verification: If a disputed item cannot be verified, it must be removed from your credit report.
- Reporting Time Limits: Most negative items can only remain on your report for 7 years. Bankruptcies may remain for up to 10 years.
- Right to Notification: You must be notified if information in your credit file is used against you (e.g., denial of credit, housing, or employment).
- Right to Know What's in Your File: You have the right to know what information the credit bureaus have on file about you.
Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (15 U.S.C. § 1692)
The FDCPA protects consumers from abusive, unfair, or deceptive practices by third-party debt collectors. While TruePath is not a debt collector, understanding this law helps our clients navigate their full financial picture:
- Debt Validation Rights: Within 30 days of first contact by a collector, you may request written verification of the debt. The collector must stop collection activity until they provide it.
- Prohibition on Harassment: Collectors cannot use abusive, threatening, or obscene language, or call at unreasonable hours (before 8am or after 9pm).
- Right to Cease Communication: You can send a written request asking a collector to stop contacting you. They must comply, with limited exceptions.
- No False Statements: Collectors cannot misrepresent the amount owed, pretend to be attorneys, or threaten legal action they don't intend to take.
- Statute of Limitations: Debt collectors are limited in how long they can sue to collect a debt. This varies by state and type of debt — know your rights before paying old debts.
Your Consumer Rights — Summary
- ✔ You can dispute inaccurate credit information yourself, for free
- ✔ You have 3 business days to cancel any credit repair contract without penalty
- ✔ No credit repair company can legally charge you before services are performed
- ✔ You have the right to a free annual credit report from all three bureaus
- ✔ Bureaus must investigate your disputes within 30 days
- ✔ Unverifiable items must be removed from your credit report
CROA Mandatory Consumer Disclosure
As required by the Credit Repair Organizations Act, TruePath Credit Solutions provides the following disclosure to all prospective clients:
You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report without the help of a credit repair organization. You may contact a credit reporting agency directly to dispute the accuracy or completeness of any information contained in a credit report and receive a free copy of your credit report. Any credit repair organization that promises to remove accurate and timely negative information from your credit report or create a "new" credit identity for you is breaking the law.
You have a right to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization for any reason within 3 business days from the date you signed it. TruePath Credit Solutions fully supports and honors this right.
